I am an operational excellence strategist and a cost reduction expert with over 15 years of experience of working with executives and other leaders helping them transform their organization from wanting to achieve a desired strategy to successfully implementing and realizing it. In my years of work in manufacturing, healthcare, and the banking industry, I have collaborated with leaders and successfully achieved over $60 million in cost reduction and revenue generation.
